What are the security deposit requirements?
Security deposits are $150 added to your rental cost before pickup and are refunded after drop off if no damage is found.
Do you provide insurance for rentals?
The insurance is the responsibility of the renter under the towing vehicle's auto policy. It is the renters' responsibility to contact their insurance provider and make sure the equipment is covered.
What is your pickup policy?
We offer varying times for pickup and dropoff times subject to scheduling.
How do I modify my active rental period?
Extensions can be requested by calling our service line at least 12 hours before the scheduled return. All adjustments are subject to equipment availability and updated daily rental rates.
